Rivalry with CSK

The water conflict between Tamil Nadu and Karnataka over the Kaveri River is the source of the rivalry with the Chennai Super Kings. Other names for the rivalry are “South Indian derby” and “Kaveri derby.” The 2011 Indian Premier League final saw the Super Kings defeat the Royal Challengers in the lone IPL final between the two clubs.

Fans and Support

All across India, especially in Bangaluru, the Royal Challengers have a large and passionate fan base. The supporters have a reputation for being noisy and devoted. In addition, the stadium organizers give the supporters of the home team noisemakers, RCB flags, and cheer kits.Bold Army is a group of Royal Challengers Bangaluru supporters.
The Royal Challengers were the first team to offer free WiFi to supporters at their home stadium during the 2014 Indian Premier League. On game days at the Chinnaswamy, 50 access points were installed utilizing fiber-optic cables to give supporters internet access.
